Pentax SMC Pentax 67 150mm f/2.8
Late-addition portrait-length lens for the Pentax 67 system, sitting between the 105mm f/2.4 normal and the 165mm f/2.8 standard portrait. In 35mm-equivalent terms, 150mm on 6×7 corresponds to roughly 75mm full-frame — short-tele / long-portrait length with slightly more compression than the 165mm but slightly less reach.
f/2.8 maximum aperture matches the 165mm f/2.8 — both are fast for medium-format short-tele. The 150mm offers a marginally wider angle-of-view and somewhat lighter weight, making it a useful alternative for photographers who find the 165mm too compressing or who want a lens better suited to environmental portraits than the tighter 165mm framing.
Released later in the Pentax 67 production run; less commonly found than the 105mm and 165mm portrait staples. Mounts on the inner bayonet; 67mm filter thread.
Notes
Less common portrait alternative to the 105mm and 165mm staples.
