photographyFYI is a web application providing a photography knowledge base including cameras, lenses, film stocks, and technique guides. Account registration is available for personalized features.

2. No Warranty

This service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Equipment specifications and film data are for reference only.

3. Limitation of Liability

Serbek Technologies, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt or overload the service
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure

The service software, design, and branding are the property of Serbek Technologies, LLC.
